Covering a open balcony is illegal. But I can't find any rules about enclosed flat balcony.
I want to know if I need permission to add a small 45cm weather shade at the edge of a enclosed balcony ( it is covered on both sides and have top roof) (size is 3m x 1m) .
With heavy rain and wind water keeps coming inside balcony and I want to add a small 45 cm shade at the end of my balcony's roof as a weather shade.
If I need to take permission from pune municipal corporation what are steps involved and documents needed.
Please help me with laws involved
