Dear Sirs,
Suppose case is transferred to AP state to TN state.
can we call any person for witness from AP, who will bear the travel charges?
After transfer of case is it possible to add more persons in accused list.
After transfer of case from one state to another state, can we request the high court to investigate case further for more information.
Please clarify?
