Dear Sir,
we bought a house in 2003 (my age was 18) and till now my father was maintaing those records as I was working in chennai.
my father passed away and now when I see the details of sale deed, I came to know we have missed one survey number itself in the saledeed.
our main block of the house is falls under that survey number.
Now, sale person (party) is not ready to sign for correction and I have only his phone number. many times he didnt attend my calls after that.
patta is also not changed and its in his mom's name.
could you please let me know How can we add the survey number missed while registeration without the involvement of sale party.
Note: Area and the boundaries mentioned in the deed are correct.
