my mother was sitting with me in the comission , when my cross examination was going on. now if i want to produce her as my witness in the same case, (witness 2) , will there be any hurdle.

Sirish Basically, there is no written law that other witnesses should remain out of court while cross examination of one witness is going on, but it is adopted to make just and fair trial. Also, opposite party should have made such objection to keep your mother away, at the time of your cross examination. You can present your mother as your witness. Other party can take objection but it hardly matters.
