Hi Respected Members,
5 month back my sister moved to our home (parental) after a dispute with her husband, My Niece passed 5th standard from her school. Being they have moved to our home we have able to admitted to a new school in stanrd 6th in our locality recently. Though She has been admitted to new school but we need to submit the TC to new school. The problem is My sister's husband has put an application in previous school to not to give TC.
My Question: Is there a option available, which Mother of child can submit (instead of TC) to school to continue my niece education? Please Guide and help.
