Adoption

Dear Forum Members Indian couple are in abroad and a child born to them in abroad. Now they want to give adoption to another Indian couple who are also in abroad. Now cany they adopt their child to another NRIs in India?

Yes Indian couple can give child born in abroad to Indian couple staying in abroad.

If the child is born on other country u have to know that countries law also.in some country where child is born it acquires that state citizenship also.so make enquiry about it then after come to conclusion.
