My client aged 26 years Vysya adopted tradiotionally to the father's brother ith out any adoption deed only by traditional adoption done infront of 100 quests and even done by adopted father mother.Now father expired and (terms were not good with father & mother from last 5 years.)Adopted mother was alone son is trying to reach her around 50 lacs house is on adopted mother name only.Please request you all for suggestion any right to the adopted son on the house property.
