Utpala, This is a polygamic tribe and the practice does not come under the ambit of adultry, just like Muslims having 5 wives is accepted by thier personal law. It is another matter that women's views are not taken into consideration or how they feel under such practices are not systematically explored in these personal laws be related to one's ethnicity or religion. India has not yet come to a state where it can have a uniform civil code. After all who created these personal laws?
