Sorry friend it is one of the lacuna in law that, for adultry, women can not be crminally prosecuted.  Only the man who is in relation with wife can be prosecuted.

No solution.

You may at the most take action against her lover.If you do so,naturally your wife's name will also be indirectly exposed in courts.This step may stop her from continuing her relationship with the man.Sometimes such exposures act as a big bunishment.

Else,you can  only plead her to return to you.

Or better still, leave this unfaithful wife and marry a genuine faithful girl,after seeking divorce.

Arvind sir is right. The only remedy available is to divorce the unchaste wife and in the event of divorce, she is also not entitled to any maintainance.

I filed div on my wife and she is harrsing me,,,,,,

i got a friend on internet.. we become friend,, she also filed div on her husband,,,, and he is harrsing her ...

now we(me and my friend) decided to have  some holiday plan in and outside india..

Well,her husband can file an adultery case against you,and make the police chase you,under Sec 497(Kindly recheck the section from an expert)

Then you have 2-4 cases to fight....One- the divorce case you filed.

Second-the police case her husband files.

Third and fourth- the return gift you get from your wife for illtreating her,ie,498A,DV Act,etc.If she hasn't filed them yet,please wait.She will do so anytime soon!

You should watch the dicovery channel/animal planet......The male animals fight with other males over over females (all animals in the jungle!!). Males do try rule over females in jungles. But No male  tries to prevent any female from following other stronger male (stronger in any and every aspect!!!) NOR tortures a female for following other male instead of him!

Male can't steal a female from another stronger male as well!!! 

But ....................It's the Human creature (who is different than all other animals) who has created this socialistic society where they have come to believing that ........ they can prevent a woman  from going to to any male or changing a male (as a commodity, without she having any of of her choice, feelings at times)

So, humans ensured that they brainwash females as well as males...instead of in-fighting within males over females or to win as many females!!!!

This is a socialistic culture!! (No doubt it is a progressive thought...and in a way it is beneficial/convenient and less atrocious to females more than a convenience of males)

There is another third category of 'in-between' of apes/monkeys and guirillas...where all males generally don't do in-fighting over  females!!!..but simply choose to timeshare ........but in that...................... no males is really bothered to take care/welfare of any females....so females are left at the mercy (atrocities) of ALL males...in short female monkeys are s*xually tortured by all males. (i.e. females are a sheer commodity ....but female apes may not have those feelings as well and hence sustain all that)

But humans evolved to develop those feelings of emotions, attachment, care etc etc as well as to command, rule, overpower...

And female humans also consented to be under the protection of one male (and sustain his rule, whims, atrocities) instead of being subjected to all THAT............. from ALL males........but no protection, care offerred by anybody!!! (whorehouses).

Disallowing adultary as well as bigamy is a progressive/forward marching thought in human evolution............... 

Hence adultery as well as bigamy can't ever be legitimised   ...   and it would always be male driven thing from male perspective only!!!

just wanted to know for the registration do bank need my persoanl presence or builder need my presence or divcrce decree or paperl will be suffiecient...
