my wife had a affair with another guy and i traced out all the details like phone bills,network details and messages (adult messages) and written statement given in police station stating that had a physical contact with so and so person which is adultery these are evidence is valuable to prove the adultery.
please guide me through the correct prodedure experts

You may file for divorce on the ground of adultery, and also file a criminal case against the paramour of your wife u/s 497 IPC. To succeed in divorce case you need to build your case only by a preponderance of probabilities, whereas to mount criminal liability against the paramour you need to adduce strict proof of s*xual intercourse.

These evidences are good enough for the prosecution of both civil divorce case as wellas the criminal proseuction for adultery in a criminal complaint case.
