My friend and his wife are in the process of filing a divroce... both have been living seperately for the last 6 months.. Meanwhile, my friend had an affair with a girl and now she is pregnant... What are the complications he can face and and what will be the punishment?

Sec 497 of IPC which is for adultery if his first wife knows of the relationship and it is proved in the court of law
sec 376 of IPC for rape provided if the girl complains that she was raped .
sec 494 if he marries the girl now without taking divorce from his first wife
crpc 125 maintanence for the child and for his keep

if they are seprated for 6 month only... then they cant file divroce as 1 y sepration is needed... they can show back dated seprated,, then, they can file now,, showing that they seprated since Feb 2012,, if they married before feb 2012,
the best way, is, the relationship with his gf should be kept secret,. and quitly file for diovrce and then after 6 month.. get 2nd motion... otherwise.. if his wife come to know about this gf pregnant.. she can demand huge money as black mail.
