Adultry by father-in-law

Here is a case , wherein Father-in-Law is having a illicit relation with a blood relative. As It was opposed by the son-in-law , father -in-law took his daughter and their children away from son-in-law. And filed a DV case against him . But in the name "FAMILY HONOR" . For this activity daughter is also co-operated . As son-in-law is not interested in having any cordial relationship with in-laws., he severed all the relations. Son-in-law and his parents were always attaked physically and abused in market area/ residential area and many times given police complaints agisnt them. Now any have the DV case is going on in a local court. What to Do? kindly advice.

The cases once lodged has to be fought on merits only.

Also if you are attacked, file police complaints.
