i have two cousin brothers, the younger brothers site was gien on lease to KSIDC on lease and there is a godown on the same property . The CA by mistake has attached this godown to a company which is dead ow on balancesheet.
Now the lease period is over but his elder brother is not ready to close the company as he is the promoter of the company and he wants a share in the godown rent. The company is dead. Now since the site is on the younger brothers and the godown is on his site what is the advantage the younger brother can get over his elder brother in godown rent and is it necessary to give him a part of rent.
