Dear Sir,
I have couple of querys:
1. Wife filled 498a, DV case, Chargesheet filled in 498a. Husband took stay order(s) from allahabad high court. Stay continuee...case not listing. next date in the month of May 2016( likely).
2. before that, wife and husband wants compromise to settle the matter. but before that, husband want to quashing of 498a and DV case but cases are not listed in near future.
3. We want to know that how we may compromise and settle the matter in speedy way?
4. Can we fill the case in supreme court to quash the proceeding of 498a, DV cases in lower court and 482 in high court. becuase 482 cases are not lsited in high court. so this way we may get my cases are quashed in speedy way.
5. any other suggestions?
