Was the notice served to your wife? Is receipt note for notice rceipt  on the file?

Quashing is a type of case - where you/your advocate will prepare application and sumit it to court. There are certain basis on which quash is granted. Success rate of quash is less - but in your cases there is a good chance.

And Yes quash is common term in lawyers dictionary.

Quashing runs in respective high court - so Ghaziabad case quash application will run in Allahabad/Lucknow and Delhi(125 Crpc) will run  in Delhi  High Court.

Is she is also not attending Crpc 125?

She is not attending 498a case which is from ghaziabad. But she is attending 125 crpc from delhi.So it will most costly if i run delhi high curt and allahabad high court.
