Dear All,
Please advice me in my DV act.Crpc 125 & Child custody cases are running since 2007.
498a and DV applied in September-2011.
Our lawyer give application in DV court praying that DV is not maintable as she had applied DV under Sec.18,19,20,21,22.
Crpc 125 and Child custody cases are running in family court with same juridiction as DV and results are yet to come with in shirt time.
For,other side they have given application that ,Please give permission to Conclude all the Cases together....
What should be done in next stage?Please explain me Sec.6(Sub section-5)of DV act...
