Advice on adultery..... experts plz help !!

Read online at many places that .. As per adultery definition in Indian Laws, a man's extra marital affair with an unmarried female or a widow is not adultery ? Is it true.. ??

Also read that its very diffcult to prove adultery. What all proofs will be required to prove that ? Will some hotel booking vouchers, some photos / vidoes of kissing etc prove adultery ?

How does adultery affect a divorce case for the man, if it is proved ? The female asking for a huge amount of money, otherwise...else in court says...she doe not want a dicorce. Plz advice...

For the purpose of divorce, extra-marital affair is adultery.  If husband does adultery, wife can seek divorce and not husband.  If the wife knows husband is adulterer and does not want divorce and husband also does not want divorce or does not want divorce by paying pretty huge sum, then by such adultery, there will be no divorce.  On the basis of facts given in the query, it does not require answer that what proofs are required to prove adultery-because husband is adulterer and does not want to pay amount to get divorce and the wife does not want to give divorce unless huge amount is paid.

As suggested by foregoing experts, adultery is committed by extramarital affair with any woman and now even a man .

Once a man commits adultery he loses right to live with his wife and shouldmface divorce proceedings.

Search your soul what you have done? If you dissolve marriage which is natural outcome of adultery, man has to pay alimony. What is abnormal in it?

Physical relationship need to be proved, simply allleging that person has commited adultery wont amount to adultery.  Photographic evidence, people who can confess about a persons moving about with a certain person, children out of such relationship all need to be looked into.  But finally alll boils down to one thing, if cannot be proved and allegations stand so, then finally things lead to divorce, this way or that way.  If man does it it is punishable offence according to law, provided if it is proved beyond doubt.  Sadly if women does it, law is just a mute spectator along with hapless husbands.
