A father and son jointly had an understanding that a property would be purchased in the father's name and then settlement will be done in son's name.
Father was eligible to apply for the Army property due to being ex army officer. But he being retired was not eligible for a home loan. Home loan was approved as son was made co applicant for home loan.
Now father refusing to settle property to the son's name until son pays market value of property which has increased over the years. KIndly advice how to proceed in this case. Son has paid all the money towards the loan and interest and cleared the bank loan.
