Advice on payment to builder for building home

Hi,

We are in the process of building our home, and have signed an agreement with the builder regarding costs and payments that we have to make to him after completing every slab (plynth work).

In the agreements, we have to make installments after he has completed every slab, but in each slab, the internal wall partitions and plastering is included. The builder has not done the partition wall work yet, however we have made him payments for first 3 slabs. In the agreement, the charges are RS750 per square meter of concrete/brick work he does for the walls.

My question is that when we do the measurement of the amoutn of square meter work, do we minus the gaps left for windows and doors? How is it done normally? The builder and contractor has said initially tha it will be minused, however now they are sayign that it does not get minused.

Thanks

Normally slab work refers to rcc slab work And construction and plastering of internal walls Is different Normally builder breaks installment as follows ON BOOKING RCC SLAB WORK CONTRUCTION OF WALL OR BRICK WORK INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL PLASTER FLOORING WORK DOOR AND WINDOW WORK PLUMBING AND ELECTRIC FITTING AND BALANCE ON POSSESSION you are advised to read your agreement and find is there any type of breakup in the agreement and proceed accordingly
