Sir/Madam,
I am a a tribal, got engaged to a girl according to christian rituals on January 2014(we are both from same caste & religion). Our wedding date was on October 2014. In last week of August 2014 she spoke to me and refused to get marry with me. I asked her the reason behind such decision. Then she told me that she had already got married with his friend (he belongs to general category) in July 2014.
The day after her court marriage she never lived with her husband. Till now they are living seperately with their respected parents. Now she is not willing to live with her husband and want divorce.
Please advice on what basis she can get divorce & how?
