Dear Friends

My sister ,Brother and father are charged with ipc 306,abetment to commit sucide.sister in law committed sucide by consuming poision,hence case lodged on us.

we proceeded with Discharge application with the following information which we called under RTI.

1) Medical Cert.of Decsed -Reason mentioned was" Cardioresprtory arrest due to palmonary edima"

2) CA Report in that it was clearly mentioned that "No poision reveled in visera sample 1 and 2.

Base on above we made Discharge application which is rejected by Dist.Session court.

what shll we do ,can we go to High Court and what are the chances to get Discharge allowed.

1.Yes Pulmonary edema is a condition caused by excess fluid in the lungs. This fluid collects in the numerous air sacs in the lungs, making it difficult to breathe and it may lead to Cardioresprtory arrest.

2. But I am afraid that HC may not interfere as it a point to be explained by a medical expert. So HC may direct you to face the trial and get aquittal.

No definate about the hgh court, without looking it , it may order for proceed with the case in the lower court.
