Advise for special case histri

Thanks a lot to Mr.Atul and Mr.Samrpn to giving me the valuable advise. By your advise I succeed in recalling the previous Judgement and now the recall appeal is allowed on 11/10/2017 and the honorable court set aside their Judgement with following order - (" In the case in hand, looking to the fact that the applicant has stated on oath that no instructions were given by him to his counsel to enter into any compromise, we are inclined to recall our order dated 06.4.2017." )

I filed and argued the appeal my self because no advocate was ready to take and put up my case against their own fellow as per my allegations which is base on hard truth ?
