harassed husband (def)     15 May 2012

Advise please: sc orders

In a matrimonial dispute , Supreme court disposed off the matter through mutual consent. Husband directed to pay settlement amount to wife and civil & criminal proceedings to be quashed at trial court.

Query:

Does the copy of SC orders will be shared to Trial courts through Registrar, SC of India or the accused have to submit the certified copies on their own?

In case the accused are unable to submit the copies at trial court, what action will be taken by the trial courts?

hi harassed husband,

if the Honorable Appex court decided over your matter then it is your duty to supply the certified copy of the said judgemennt before the trial court, on the other hand if you want any citation to press before the trial court in favour of your case in that event you may ask spcifically.

sibasish pattanayak, advocate.
