A few brief facts of a particular case :

The initial FIR was a kidnapping complaint at the behest of the father of B, the girl. The arrest was made at Uttar Pradesh and thereafte the accused was coinveyed to delhi and arrested.

Kindly advise on any pertinent questions to be put to the investigation officer during the cross examination. The FSL repiort of the underwear collected could not be produced by the proseuciton as the same is yet to be prepared.

Cross examination questions are chiefly darwn after the deposition of the I.O. as his examination in chief. What do you want ? you want the accused to be absolved of the charges against him ?
