In Central we have 2 parties. Which is better?

In Almost many states there are 2 major Parties, One Party has to win with full majority else they to have to buy few from independents where they offer something under the table.

And every party wins mainly on the Promises they make/Caste/Biryani Packet/Liquor and Money distribution...

From a office boy in Gram Panchayat office to a Clerk in Secretariat most of them take bribe.

When someone questions why are you taking? Then he says My Boss is taking so I am also taking to survive. 

When will it end???? Common man doesn't have much options to vote or he should declare his vote as NULL or VOID.

Yes there is that option also I believe. for null and void vote. As I myself stopped voting couple of decades back, they are all rotten and nothing much can be expected from them, they will make huge promises but wont fulfill any. so in one way there is no use casting vote, but who knows, tomrw there may come a time when a proper honest efficient guy will come and change the rules? Then is the time to vote wisely, give vote to people who want to do good for people, and not just namesake, this is a never ending topic, but as I say its better not to get embroiled with legal cases in the first place, especially in matrimonial matters, they are simply time consuming and wont do any good for anyone. Be the change what you want to see, was Kejriwals mantra, but he also became a part of the system when he got power in his hands, the system itself is such, if someone wants to change it, it wont change, its more powerful than anything and will only change the person who want to change it, so no use running behind system to change it, rather I would say, "Never get into  such a situation where you will end up in legal problems would be my last say, that much care one takes, life be lot more better and easy."
