Advocate's right to video camera proceedings?

In a murder trial under section 302 IPC is there any right of an Advocate to demand the Court for Video Camera proceedings? Does court refusal of such demand of the advocate amount to denial of the rights of the Accused to vitiate the Trial? Thanking you all in advance.

Let us see what others have to say. In my opinion Freedom of Speech and Experession includes the right to record the information concerned with oneself. If the accused wants to record the proceedings which are about him, he is covered by Freedom of Speech and Experession. Court is anyways recording the proceedings on paper, why should court have objections about the proceedings being recorded in realtime in electronic form?
