Service tax is applicable on such service if you  turnover cross the limit

Azadi ki ladai has only begun. It will be long drawn one.

dhiraj aggarwal (TAXPOINT (Director) 9829551008)     25 September 2011

Why ....

By the finance Act 1994 Section 65 (105) (d) (zzzzm) Budget 2011. liable for service tax

Dr. MPS RAMANI Ph.D.[Tech.] (Scientist/Engineer)     25 September 2011

The 9 lakhs and 10 lakhs limits pertain to gross income and not net income.

GOUTAM ROY (not applicable)     26 September 2011

calcutta high court and some other high courts have recently stayed the finance act, applicable for advocates

only,for some clear reasons.

Shailesh Kumar Shah (Advocate)     09 October 2011

Advocate firm is in purview of 'service tax' not individual.
