Affadavit by io

In a fake corruption related case where real culprits have been left untoched How can I legally ask the court that it should ask IO to submit following affadavit:

1. He hasn't accepted any favours (monetary as wells non-monetary like drinks parties at start hotels) from real culpritrs

2. No person from his own department accepted any favours from real culpritrs

3. There was no political pressure on him to leave the real culprits

4. There was no pressure on him from his own department to leave the real culprits

5. None of the witnesss have been pressuriesd to give false statements

6. Information which was in favour of  innocents who are being charged for the crime hasn't been hidden and included in the case diary honestly.

7. Case diary & chargesheet have been prepared following departmental and legal procedures with full ethics and honesty.

8. While preparing case diary/charge sheet nos such act has been done which will let his state as well the his department down

Dear, Sandeep, Your matter is at initial stage. Please wait and have patience. you cannot ask the court for such directions. If charge sheet has been filed then you can file RTI act. read chargesheet carefully you will find discrepancies in it. then ask queries Rajiv Bhasin Advocate bhasin.laws@yahoo.com 9811210505

Thanks Mr. Rajiv Bhasin,

1. Chargesheet was filed almost 2 years ago

2. There are lot of discrepancies in the chargesheet.

3. Case was filed at the behest of state politicans just to harrass a governement officer (fact but no evidence)

4. I was employee of a private firm.

5. IO took huge bribe from directors of the private firm to saveguard them from harassment of facing trial in the court.

6. Charges have also been framed.

7. Trial on case will start from next month.
