Affidavit / consent on compensation

pls advise, under the following situation - 

 

An employee working for a company, off payroll, while travelling on road, was murdered. the company filed an FIR when the employee could not be located for 2 days and then when investigation began, it was found out that some people murdered him. those culprits were also nabbed and are currently facing trial.

now the company intends to pay compensation to the familiy of the victim. Please advise what language should be used in order to indemnify company from all claims that the family of the deceased may try to make in future.

should an affidavit be signed, so should a consent form be taken. if so what do you adivse should be language of this form/ affidavit. who all should sign it on behalf of the family.

First of all it is a good gesture of the company and in the said case there is no responsibility of the company because it is out of the premises however pl. approach the concerned Assistant / Deputy commissioner of labour and inform your willingness so that they will take up the activity and clear.

The above process is authenticative and you don't have any further issues.
