my friend, an advocate for Plaintiff, has filed an Affidavit in evidence in a civil suit without disclosing the the source of information (i.e true to my knowledge) but said affidavit is verified by the supritendent of the Court and exhibited in evidence. relying on same affidavit, advocate for defendants have cross examined the plaintiff. now the case is for final arguements and defendants have taken defence that suit should be dismissed as affidavitin evidence is not proper. what should i do?
