Wife filed false 498a and not attending for hearing or witness, I was arrested in x town, but case was filed in her native Y town, after acquital what is the jurisdiction for filing 211, whether its x town since arrest was happened, or Y where 498A was filed. for me X is very convenient for filing. Please suggest
