After 498a, can wife filled separate case of ipc 406?

Hi Expert,

As my wife has filled 498a,34,3/4 and matter is in court. and majistrate has added one more section 6 (dowery).

but now my wife is trying to one more FIR on ipc 406. So is it possible that she can again fill 406.

if yes then again i can arrest or can get relief based on 498a bail.

Dear, 406 gives her separate right .... She can file and u can get arrested on that basis ..... 498A bail will not help much .... Kapil chandna Adv 9899011450
