After ab

Anticipatory Bail given today till 08Jan2014 for FIR dated 14Dec2013 with ipc 420/419/34...Now if police able to submit chargesheet before 08Jan2014 then I hope we will NOT need to renew AB hence no chance of police arrest..then we are planning for Plea Bargaining as soon as we receive court summons to close this case in 2-3months.....Experts please guide if all this practical or we wrongly understood procedure...

Dear Querist

this is very nice and right decision to resolve the matter.if police file the charge sheet then wait till the receiving of summon from court and go further.

I think you are running a risk of getting arrested by the police if you are not enlarging yourself on bail, you cannot take the police action for granted, they due to their work pressure and other commitments may not file the said charge sheet, then what will be your position if they arrest you in the absence of any bail.  If you have obtained anticipatory bail and the last date for its execution by surrendering before the court is 8.1.14, why do you wait that long? what if the court is refusing to extend the bail beyond that when the police is not filing the charge sheet by then?
