a company say abc pvt. ltd. buys out another company xyz pvt. ltd. Now xyz has some finished products left over, now after the buyout, can abc sell these products as they are with the packages saying 'marketed by xyz. pvt.ltd.' or do these products have to be repackaged and can only be sold under the name of the buyer company?
