After getting contested divorce 13 1 1a, can apeal ?

hello sir/madam, yesterday i got divorce under the ground 13 1 1a.

in the contested divorce my wife accepted for divorce but not accept her mistake.

jaudgement provide under cruelty....

so again she can apeal the case...?

what is the time period for remarriage... after getting contested divorce?

many person tell time period for contested divorce is 90 days..... this is legaly true...?

plz give you r suggestion......

yes she can appeal in the case within 90 days of she receiving the copy of judgement

if you want to remarry , remarry within one month ideally so as to nullify the appeal go on honeymoon and come after 4-5 months. once you are married the court cannot reverse your marriage.

ideally stay away from your home if possible for 90 day. on 91st day get married and come back after 2 months

Wait till the time of appeal expires or appeal rejected/ dismissed, otherwise, you may face serious consequences and proceeded with criminal action u/s 495 & 495, which is non bailable, non compoundable and can be imprisoned up to seven yea. So don't mistake.

She can make an appeal within 90 Days from the date of decree , wait for 90 days after that you can re marry , before this you will be booked for 494 ipc from first wife and your second wife can also file 495/496ipc for that you may be behind the bars for 7-10 years , and also your second marriage will be treated as null and void by filling case from your first wife u/s 11/12 hma .
