After howmany months eligible for divorce

sir's my marriage date is 18-11-2010,last 2 years my wife in not with me,after how many months i am eligible to take divorce without any problems and what are the steps to fallow, im fearing that all laws are favor to ladies i think,so that is the reason i had not taken any decisson,sir kindly advice me to take divorce,and what are the steps to fallow

Divorce can be sought by husband or wife on certain grounds, including: continuous period of desertion for two or more years.

If you want to get divorce without any problems then, you talk with your wife and convince her for MCD. MCD will be hassle free and shall free both of you in 6 months.
