Yes certainly, until you get permanent exemption.

You may file petition U/s 205 to get it.

Please read each of my posts carefully in the following links for sample petitions and other necessary clues.

Hello Rocky Smith,

My question is "498A Chargesheet not yet file. After anticipatory and then Regular bail do we need to  attend court ?"

Technically all dates to be attended unless exempted. But if none in custody & no chargesheet filed, then why is the matter coming in court? And if it is being listed only for a Co - accused bail application then those in custody need not attend.

So who told to attend court before charge sheet on 498A is only misleading accused ?

After Signed a paper to showing the party that this will be file to court for attendance 498a case and takeing advocate fees for this false date is not it ?

Pls goto court reception & tell him/her to check on PC whether CS filed of not for the said FIR No. XYZ/2014

You will come to know whether CS is actually there or some1 is trying to panic you. Come back to the forum afer getting to know so we all can understand & guide you further into the matter. Best Wishes.

I have contact IO and after asking came to know that no CS file yet.

After AB and then Deposit Surity and surrender without arrest. Do I need to attend Court before CS file and after Regular Bail ?

I suggest to apply for CC instead on relyng on the words of IO.

Also u can put RTI to PP & ask for CS. sAMPLE HERE:-

https://www.rtiindia.org/forum/131906-file-perjury-wife-atur-chatur-4.html

If u have recording of IO where he says that NO CS filed yet but later you found that it is there actually thru CC or RTI then u can use that recording. Mention 48 hours clause in RTI

If I file RTI the IO will know the same from his office and it may backfire and the result will appear on chargesheet, is not it ?
