Hello,
Whats the age limit for studying law in india, after 30 there is no way to get onself enrolled in any of law courses? Is this 30 years age limit challenged in any of the HC or SC?

Though educational institutions may prescribe age limit for admission but there is no age limit prescribed for studying Law. In fact the BCI's enactment prescribing age limit for joining law profession was overruled by Hon'ble Supreme Court. As such I don't think you can be prevented to study law on grounds of overage.

I agreed Mr. Rajeev kumars advice. The Tamilnadu has strictly followed that the age limit was 30. but in Andra pradesh and karnataka governements are not follow theage limit. Now they are admitting the students that above 30 years

I thank Mr. Rajeev for correcting me but I disagree to the point that a norm prescribed by BCI can not be challenged in HC/SC. Pl refer to V.Sudeer V BCI ( AIR 1999 SC 1167 ) and Indian Council of Legal Aid and Advice V BCI ( AIR 1995 SC 691 ) wherein rules made by BCI were held Ultra vires by the Hon'ble SC.
