so simply I want to ask is yes/no (he can revoke authority given to his agent)
Question# A land owner gives an authority to an agent to sale his land and to pay himself out of the proceeds of such sale? in this case can owner revokes his authority given to the agent?
as mentioned in sec 202 that A person cannot revoke his authority given to the agent if the agent have personal interest in it.
is there any kind of personal interest I'm abouve situation?
That depends upon the terms of executed agreement/authority.
