as per the invitation of our MC we went to attend the AGM today.
when we questioned about certain irregularities in the financial documents the MC members left the AGM meeting in middle and told us that the new AGM meeting date would be announced by them soon.
can the action of MC valid under Maharashtra Cooperative Housing Society act 1969
your immediate response would be highly appreciated

If the business on the agenda of the general meeting of the society is only partly transacted, then, the meeting can be postponed to any other date decided by the members present in the meeting, which should not be later than 30 days from the original AGM.
