Agreed mcp filed, husband

There is an agreement reached on a mutual consent petition and the final draft has been filed in court. However the husband (respondent) is now making excuses not to appear (he is a foreign resident) as the final date of signing is approaching. What are the options available to the petitioner? Would the petitioner stand to forego all that the respondent agreed for in case this case goes to argument?

Thanks

You cannot proceed in mutual divorce in absence of your husband.

You will have to withdraw and file your own petiton for divorce.
