Agreement

Is this safe to buy a property (shop) of a Trusti Market? They are doing a 99 years agreement on 100 rs stamp.and naming it as Lease. The second party has his secretory who will sign the agreement of shop. And can we sell it in future after permanent agreement?

First of all you cannot purchase the property, it is only a lease agreement for 99 years, then where is the question of selling it, legally there is no purchase or sale hence see what can be done beyond legal implications.

OK thanks for this great answer.

And some queries -

(1) Does when the trusty will change then it will impact on agreement?

(2) Can we rent this shop to others?

(3)Does a 100 rs Stamp is sufficient for lease agreement?

(4) Does religious trusty have some different rules for leasing their property?

(5) What will happen after 99 years?

 (6)Any suggestion

Please help me sir
