dear sir madam,
I am living with my estranged working wife.i bought a car on her name as she gets salary montly.i am a parttime job holder and i will be paying monthly EMI. I already paid downpayment for the car.The loan tenure is 6 years which i will pay all the EMI S even if we are divorced . Suggest how to see that she transfers the ownership of the car on my name after 6 years eventhou she doesnt like to. Apart from proof of transfering money to her from my account.shall we write agreement on bond paper .pls suggest ....
