Matter:- Two parties one is me and second is govt deptt made agreement on tender notorized.But after some time deptt betray from agreement and skip the point ( In the event, of any dispute arising in respect of the clauses of the agreement, the matter will be referred to the Arbitrator, by the Authority on written request from agency with list of disputes, whose decision shall be binding on both the parties. Courts at Meerut will have the jurisdiction to adjuvate upon the matter, if any)
and cancel our tender,even we have requested for arbitration.Now my query is,even than we are bound to file case in Meerut only or now we can file case in our company location yamunanagar..
Pls guide with any judgements.
