I need your guidance. Rather we need your guidance.
We have purchased flats in an apartment in Bhubaneswar (Odisha). This apartment has 18 flats and all the flats are sold and the possession to the owners has also been given by the builder. The builder had taken first year maintenance cost from the owners and that first year is going to end next month.
Now, the builder wants the owners to form a society so that the builder can hanover the maintenance and management of the apartment to the society.
We are going to form the owners society now. After forming the society the builder is going to handover the apartment to the society.
We will be happy if someone will guide us in this. The following are our queries.
1. Is there an agreement which needs to be signed by the builder and the office bearers of the newly formed society?
2. If answer the the above question is YES then is there any draft/template of the agreement available with anyone who can share that with us.
