ALE OF PROPERTY I HAVE THE DOUBTS, PLEASE CLARIFY. 1) �I SOLD MY PROPERTY TO BUYER IN FEB 2012 WITHIN TIME LIMIT THEY HAVE NOT REGISTERED THE PROPERTY. ONLY UN REGISTEREDAGREEMENT MADE, LIKE THAT IT IS EXTENDED AFTER LAPSING MORE THEN 6 AGREEMENT. 2) FINAL AGREEMENT MADE ON JUNE 12 2013 IN . TOTAL SALE VALUE 125 LACS. FOR WHICH (FROM FIRST AGREEMENT �TO TILL DATE OF 20/12/2013/ PART BY PART �PAID BY THE PARTY TO ME RS100 LACS) AGREEMENT �STAMP PAPER MENTIONED ONLY 93 LACS. CONDITION WITHIN ONE MONTH FROM AGREEMENT THAT IS FROM JUNE 12-2013. BACK SIDE OF THE AGREEMENT I SIGNED FOR BALANCE RS 7 LACS. TOTAL 100 LACS.. ALL AGREEMENT IN RS.20 STAMP PAPER. � 3)NOW BUYER NOT TURNED TO ME �FOR REGISTRATION. MY BALANCE PAYMENT ALSO NOT RECVD POSSISSION I HOLDING AND RECVD PAYMENT 93 PLUS 7 LACS. TOTAL THEY PAID 100 LACS. NOW �OTHER PARTY INTERESTED FOR PURCHASING. IF HAPPEND I CAN REPAY THEIR AMOUNT AFTER SELLING THE SAME. NOW HOW CAN I SALE THE NEW BUYER, BECAUSE MORE THEN 2 YEARS I WAITED. NOW PRICE ALSO GONE UP.WHAT IS THE LEGAL PROCEDURE I HV TO FOLLOWUP.... � � Your Reply :

Send a legal notice to the previous buyer cancelling the sale agreement. Alternatively, just tell the whole thing to the new buyer and sell the property to him. Let the old buyer go to court for specific performance where you can counter his arguments and offer to refund his advance.

Sir shall I sent directly to cancel notice. Or we have to give any further time to be allowed to purchase property send notification.
