I'm in the process of selling my house situated in Mumbai(Mahavir Nagar in Kandivali West) in April 2012. Now, I want to know that what should be the minimum agreement value for that case in terms of per sq. feet.
Is there a Ready Reckoner for this purpose from the Government?
