In gujarat, the law is prevailing that, no person except existing agri-land holder, can purchase the agri-land. I am an agriculture graduate, non-farmer , non agri-land holder, want to purchase a piece of agri-land 2-3 acres for agri-business.
What is the way out to purchase the Agri land and become land holder?
Can any body guide urgently?

I also do not hold any agri land. No one in my family is a farmer.

you both can buy agri land with permission of collector.
