Hi, I have few queries -
1. A foreigner has got under inheritance some agricultural land in Gujarat and Madhya pradesh. Can he own agricultural land being a foreigner?
2. Can he dispose of such land by giving POA to someone else?
3. How do we execute POA for foreigners? Do we call them in India for registration of POA or we just need attested POA original and we can get it registered?
