Agriculture land - passage

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

I have some agriculture land of 5 acres and I have formed a passage within this land and laid gravel on top of it, to transport sugarcane to and from the main R&B road. I am using this passage for the last 20 years and this passage is having a gate at the entrance and was having boundary stones. Now the neighboring farmers are forcing us to allow them to use this passage formed by me in my lands. I am just wondering that, is there civil law that will allow them to use our passage, just because I laid the gravel in my agriculture land like a public road? Please advice ... Thank you in advance ...

Regards,

Dinesh

if there is no other acess for the adjacent land and if only they can acess theirs by going through the land you own then they are claiming right of way.otherwise it would amount to tresspassing
